If you want to study tourism, you can choose from a variety of degree courses and specializations, including service design. In this course, students learn how to design services and tourism offers, optimize service and increase customer satisfaction. Service designers are therefore not in direct contact with guests, but are primarily involved in change management, leadership, design thinking and business administration.
