For telematics technicians EFZ or building IT technicians EFZ (as the vocational qualification has been called since 2021) with several years of professional experience, several professional examinations (BP) are available, depending on the preferred specialization:
- Electrical project manager for installation and safety with a federal certificate
- Telematics project manager with federal certificate
- Electrical project manager planning with federal certificate open.
The professional examination "Building IT Specialist with Federal Certificate" is currently being developed (as of fall 2023).
