English online courses are offered in various models, where you can work through the course material whenever you want and complete your lessons with the teacher via webcam or telephone, either at predetermined times or alternating each lesson. However, the options for scheduling free time vary for each English school, whether for online courses or face-to-face lessons, so you should always clarify this in advance.

Some language schools also offer so-called "open courses", which you can join at any time and for which you decide on a fixed course time. However, if you miss a lesson, you always have the opportunity to make up the missed lesson in an alternative course within a certain period of time. Conversation courses, which some English schools offer, are also often flexible in terms of time, so you can attend them when you want and when you have time, until the number of lessons you have booked has been reached.
