Are the criteria for admission to a Bachelor's degree program at a distance learning university different from those at a conventional law university?
No, the same admission requirements apply at a distance-learning university as for a university. These are:
- gymnasiale Matura
- Vocational or technical baccalaureate and passed the Passerelle
- Bachelor's degree from a University of Applied Sciences or a University of Teacher Education
Prospective foreign students must be able to prove that their educational qualifications meet the university requirements, i.e. that they are equivalent to Swiss qualifications.
In addition, foreign prospective students must be able to provide proof of their German language skills if German is not the national language.
