Do I need any prior knowledge of vibration training?
The individual requirements for a basic, specialty or advanced training course in the field of vibration can vary greatly depending on the provider and the course chosen. For example, some schools do not require any basic knowledge for a basic course, while others expect basic knowledge of training theory and physiology. For training courses to become a vibration training instructor, participants must also have many years of practical experience as a fitness or coordination trainer or have a degree in exercise science, training as a sports teacher or as a federally certified fitness instructor. In addition, prospective instructors should be sporty themselves.
Training in the field of kinesiology, medicine, complementary medicine or medical massage is a prerequisite for the course to become a vibration training therapist, as are athletic ability, knowledge of physiology, anatomy and training theory.
