In most cases, a concrete project for the prospective self-employment is not mandatory in order to participate in a company start-up seminar. However, it is very beneficial if participants already have a rough idea of how they envisage their future self-employment, in which area and which sector it is to be implemented. On the other hand, a concrete business plan is not necessary for a first seminar, as this will be worked on individually depending on the event chosen.
