Brauche ich für einen CAS im Gewässerschutz unbedingt einen Hochschulabschluss?

Do I necessarily need a university degree for a CAS in water protection?

In principle, a CAS in water protection, as in all other areas, is aimed at university graduates with professional experience. However, people without a university degree, but with sufficient qualifications and experience in the chosen field, are also frequently accepted. In the case of the CAS in Macrozoobenthos, for example, this means that specialists from the fields of aquatic ecology, species protection, nature conservation, water monitoring and water protection with other degrees can also be admitted. For other CASs, the target group varies depending on the focus of the continuing education course. However, admission is reviewed by the university management on a case-by-case basis.
