Do I need a license to practice law for continuing education, further training?
No, you do not need to be admitted to the bar for continuing education, further training in law (exceptions are certainly possible, although unlikely). It is not even necessary to have legal knowledge for every continuing education, further training program. For example, the Executive Master of European and International Business Law E.M.B.L. can be attended by lawyers and non-lawyers, and some universities only admit participants without a legal background to the CAS in Business Law.
