Do I need training to work in the commercial sector?
The idea of starting a commercial job straight out of school without having completed an apprenticeship is utopian, as you do not have the knowledge required for such a job. However, this is not only the case for school leavers, even adults who have no commercial knowledge whatsoever and would like to work in a commercial profession will quickly realize that they lack the skills to work professionally without the appropriate training. Such an undertaking is doomed to failure. For this reason, there are courses that prepare you for these activities and give you the opportunity to get into a good position even without an apprenticeship, for example as a Federal VET Diploma commercial clerk. One such course is the VSH office management diploma followed by the VSH commercial diploma or other office management courses.
