Do I already need journalistic experience in order to train as a journalist?
It depends on the school and your desired journalism course whether and to what extent journalistic experience is required. However, most training courses are designed for newcomers to the industry who have little or no writing experience and want to gain basic knowledge through such a course or degree program.
