Am I too old for training/further education?
Various factors play a role in the decision to complete training/further education, which should be analyzed individually in each case. However, we at Ausbildung-Weiterbildung.ch are of the opinion that age plays a subordinate role here.
Rather, the driving factors behind the decision to complete further training are
- Interest in personal development
- Getting to know new theories and solutions
- Understanding of (complex) interrelationships
- Broadening the (knowledge) horizon
- Or simply for the fun of change.
There is no age limit for these points.
