This forms an important basis for working in complementary medicine, covering the topics of anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, pathology and therapeutic principles. To work in classical homeopathy, EMR method no. 91, you must have at least 600 hours of training in conventional medicine and 500 hours in experiential medicine. As a rule, you can take the conventional medical training in addition to the homeopathic training at the respective schools, ideally at the same time as you begin your training as a homeopath.
