What modules does the continuing education, further training in commercial law consist of?
The CAS Contract & Trade Law certificate course consists of three modules, each worth 5 ECTS credits. The CAS begins with an introduction to the law and then teaches the basics of contract law. This is followed by practical contract drafting, and in the "Commercial Law" module, students learn more about the forms of companies under Swiss company law. Restructuring and bankruptcy law are also part of the CAS, as is business succession.
