Which CASs make up the EMBA in Service Management?
The EMBA in service-oriented business management (service management studies) consists of three Certificate of Advanced Studies CAS. These are: CAS General Management, CAS Strategic Leadership and CAS Service Management. Each CAS is worth 15 ECTS credits and consists of several courses, each lasting two to four days, which you can choose from a comprehensive range according to your own preferences. At least 20 course days must be attended per CAS. After completing all CASs, you will write a Master's thesis.
