There are courses that require no prior knowledge and that anyone can take part in. However, this is often not the case, especially in the area of continuing education, further training. Such courses are ideal for those interested in education who want to gain a brief insight into a specific subject area such as marketing, IT or law. Seminars are ideal for expanding and deepening existing knowledge or training social skills. These can be sales training, courses on business administration, conflict management or leadership, for example.
