Arelaxed handlingwith our customers is a central concern for us. The course instructors are not teachers or "schoolmasters" in the traditional sense, but are service providers or facilitators. We do not lecture, but encourage participants in our courses to try out new things and to venture beyond the boundaries of their comfort zone.

The5-month continuing education, further trainingis made up of six thematic blocks and lasts a total of 14 days. There is approximately one month between each block, which allows you to gain practical experience with what you have learned, reflect on it and report back your experiences and challenges in the course.
