Ich würde den Fernkurs weiterempfehlen. Der Ordner und die Lernbar bereiten die Ausbildende Person zu 95% auf die ganzen Prüfungen vor.

Der Fernkurs deckt alle wichtigen Themen im Bereich Barkeeper/Führen einer Bar ab. Eine allgemeine Abschlussprüfung über die gelernten Module wäre sicherlich interessant. Zusätzlich könnte ich mir eine gemeinsame Onlinelektion mit den anderen Teilnehmern als hilfreich vorstellen.

Im Grossen und Ganzen war er super. Nur vereinzelt ein paar mehr Lernübungen wären toll gewesen.

Der Fernkurs bietet die Möglichkeit gut vorbereitet das Wirtepatent zu erarbeiten ohne Präsenz an einer Schule. Die freie Zeiteinteilung bietet viel Raum beim Erarbeiten des Stoffes, setzt allerdings Disziplin voraus.
