For over 15 years, we have been successfully training people to plan and lead experiential education projects and outdoor training programs on their own. In the TEO trainer program for experiential education and team development, you’ll acquire foundational knowledge, methodological skills, and reflective competence, while also completing a pedagogically oriented leadership training program with plenty of class time spent in nature.

Would you like to design effective adult education programs? With our "Action-Oriented Adult Education" courses, which lead to an SVEB certificate, you'll learn how to facilitate active and experience-based learning sessions for adults.
