Der Lehrgang war sehr gut. Die Themen waren gut auf die beiden Tage verteilt, sodass wir ausreichend Zeit hatten, Fragen zu stellen und über praktische Beispiele zu diskutieren. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war hervorragend. Vielen Dank für den Kaffee, die Snacks und das frische Obst! Ich werde ALPN jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Der Lehrgang dauert nur 2 Tage und deswegen habe ich nicht erwartet, dass ich bereits nach Kursabschluss einen Aktionsplan habe. Ich hätte mir mehr Theorie am Anfang gewünscht. Es wurden im Allgemeinen über die wichtigsten Gesetze sowie über die 10-ASA-Ansätze gesprochen. Zudem wurde viele Unterlagen abgegeben und/oder empfohlen für spätere Lektüre, sodass ich mich im Thema ASGS vertiefen und anschliessend in meiner Organisation spezifische einsetzen kann.

Eine kurzweilige Schulung mit einem guten Methodenmix (Theorie, Gruppenarbeit, praktische Übung), bei der auf Rückfragen und Praxisbezug eingegangen wird. Ich hatte Sorge, dass es 2 Tage Powerpoint werden, aber nein, Frau Marchioni hat es sehr interessant und nachvollziehbar gestaltet!

Es hat sehr viel Spass gemacht und ich fand es gut, dass es eine Mischung aus Präsentation und Mitarbeit war. Dadurch wurde es nicht langweilig. Ich bin begeistert wie unterschiedlich die Lerninhalt vorgetragen wurden (Folien, Film, Beispiele, Showroom etc.)

Ich bin nei im Berich der Arbeitssichereit, und den Kurs hat mir alle wichtigen Grundlagen vermittelt. Frau Melanie hat alle Themen sehr gut erklart und den Kurs durch die Organisation Von gruppenaktivitaten dynamisch und abwechslungreich gestaltet.

Der Kurs war gut strukturiert und die Informationen wurden gut vermittelt. Was ich empfehlen würde, ist, mehr praktische Szenarien zu behandeln und den Schwerpunkt etwas mehr auf die Praxis zu legen, beispielsweise im Verhältnis 60 Theorie/40 Praxis

Die 2 Tagen waren lehrreich. Spannend war auch der bunte Mix an Teilnehmer. Interessant fand ich, dass man nicht mit dem Finger auf jemanden zeigt, sondern eher als Berater fungiert.

Weiter so, war sehr interaktiv und abwechslungsreich. Kursleitung hat den Stoff nicht nur runtergeleiert, sondern die Teilnehmer eingebunden, gefragt, auf Antworten gewartet.
