This type of coaching is based on the assumption that all people are essentially spiritual beings who live in a fleshly body for their lifetime and are in the process of discovering their spiritual and divine origin, whereby spirituality has nothing to do with religion. The foundation of transformation therapy is love, which is not just a feeling, but basically the essence of the human being itself. Love is the driving force behind transformation and change. In transformational coaching, you always look for the source of problems and do not work on the symptoms. The coach works with the client to recognize the origins of difficult situations and the very personal, sometimes unconscious, part in them. This is not about naming victims or perpetrators. The actual transformation refers to the process of dissolving and changing thought patterns, behavioral patterns and emotional programs.
