I decided to go on a language study trip because I wanted to get away from home for a while and see more of the world. I also wanted to improve my English skills and achieve a language diploma.
I decided to go to Australia and did an English course there in two different places. First I was in Byron Bay and then in Sydney.
My language study trip to Australia started in April 2016 and ended in January 2017. I was away for a total of 9 months. However, I only went to school for a total of 6.5 months, as I planned the rest of the time for traveling.
I was totally thrilled. It was interesting to realize how quickly you can find your way around a different place. I enjoyed my time in Sydney the most, because you have so many opportunities to see and do things.
I have gained a great deal of independence. In addition, I can communicate all over the world with my knowledge of English. Professionally, I expect to have better chances of finding a job.
You should definitely do a language course, as this is important for the professional world. Nevertheless, I recommend planning a little time at the end to get to know the country.
