Die Weiterbildung in Sportpsychologie vergibt bei erfolgreichem Bestehen beider Zertifikatslehrgänge das „Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) in Sport- & teampsychologische Methoden IAP“.

Teilnehmende des DAS in Sportpsychologie erlangen weitreichende Kenntnisse über Teamprozesse und Interventionspraxis, Psychologie-Grundlagenwissen, mentale und psychologische Verfahren und dessen systematische Anwendung. Der Diplomlehrgang vertieft die kommunikativen Kompetenzen für die Gesprächsführung und Intervision sowie die Kompetenzen in der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung konkreter Konzepte.

Zielpublikum des Diplomlehrgangs in Sportpsychologie sind Trainer/innen, Sportfunktionäre und -funktionärinnen, Physiotherapeuten und Physiotherapeutinnen, Sportlehrer und Sportlehrerinnen, Sportärzte / Sportärztinnen, Mentaltrainer/innen und andere Spezialisten und Spezialistinnen, die eine Tätigkeit im Sport ausüben und mentale Trainingsformen in die Praxis mit einfliessen lassen möchten. Auch ambitionierte und interessierte Freizeit-Sportler/innen, Supervisoren und Supervisorinnen, Beratende, Coachs, Projektleiter/innen, Bildungsfachpersonen und Führungspersonen sind bei diesem Lehrgang willkommen.

Die Weiterbildung in Sportpsychologie kann berufsbegleitend erfolgen. An insgesamt 37 Kurs- und Trainingstagen findet der Präsenzunterricht ganztags statt, an einigen Terminen auch ausschliesslich als Abendseminar. Hinzu kommen eine Projektarbeit von etwa fünf Tagen sowie die Abschlussarbeit.

Der Weiterbildungslehrgang in Sportpsychologie „Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) in Sport- & teampsychologische Methoden IAP“ setzt sich aus zwei Zertifikatslehrgängen zusammen:

  • CAS Teams erfolgreich steuern und begleiten
  • CAS Psychologisches und mentales Training im Sport

Jedes CAS wird mit 15 ECTS berechnet und einzeln abgeschlossen. Es werden unter anderem Themen wie Atemtechniken, Motivationstraining, Selbstgespräche, Psychoregulationstraining, kognitives Training, Psychomotorisches Training, Visualisierung, Psychophysische Regeneration, Gruppenaufbau, Interventionsmöglichkeiten, Entwicklungsphasen, Teamdynamik, Rollenverständnis, Konfliktmanagement und Kommunikation vermittelt.
