Grundsätzlich ja, doch hängt die Anerkennung für Schüsslersalze stark von Ihrer gewählten Ausbildung ab. Möchten Sie zukünftig über die Zusatzversicherung der Krankenkassen abrechnen können, so empfiehlt es sich, bereits bei der Auswahl der richtigen Schule genau auf dieses Detail zu achten. Denn nicht jeder Kurs ist so aufgebaut, dass er für eine ASCA oder EMR Registrierung ausreicht, die notwendig ist, um von den Krankenkassen anerkannt zu werden. Für die Ausbildungsstufe 1, der obligatorischen Grundausbildung, sind bei der ASCA 150 Ausbildungsstunden vorzuweisen, für die obligatorische fachspezifische Ausbildung als Stufe 2 50 Stunden und  für die dritte Ausbildungsstufe als spezielle Methoden 300 Stunden. Diese Methode kann als Zusatz jedoch nur dann registriert werden, wenn Sie als Gesundheitspraktiker/in eine Hauptmethode ausüben.
Jede Schule für Schüsslersalze stellt ihren ganz persönlichen Lehrplan auf, so dass an keinen zwei Schulen identischer Lehrstoff vermittelt wird. Das bedeutet für Sie, dass Sie genau recherchieren und nachfragen sollten, bevor Sie sich für einen Anbieter entscheiden. Oftmals wird dies unterrichtet:
  • Wirkung und Anwendung der zwölf Grundsalze
  • Wirkung und Anwendung der fünfzehn Ergänzungssalze
  • Dosierung der Salze
  • Antlitzdiagnostik  Mineralstoffmängel am Gesicht erkennen
  • Schüsslersalze in Bädern, Wickel, Salben
Die Dauer des Seminars zum Thema Schüsslersalze variiert je nach Schule deutlich. So gibt es bereits Kurse, die ausschliesslich einen Tag dauern und Ihnen in dieser Zeit alles Grundlegende über die Biochemie der Mineralsalze nach Dr. Schüssler näherbringen. Sie können jedoch auch umfangreichere Lehrgänge besuchen, die Ihnen in etwa einhundert Stunden eine fundierte Ausbildung inklusive Antlitzdiagnostik einbringen.
