As a Real Estate Marketing Specialist, you can develop your career in the following ways:

• Complete the second part of the "Real Estate Valuation Assistant" training in order to be certified as a "SVIT Marketing and Valuation Specialist"
• Complete the professional examination to become a real estate marketer with a federal certificate (or a real estate appraiser with a federal certificate)

In real estate marketing, providers have been breaking new ground in recent years with digital real estate marketing. These include digital exposés, 3D models, YouTube films and virtual tours with augmented reality - everything that digitalization has to offer. Technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence make these innovations in real estate sales possible and are changing the real estate market.

In real estate marketing, real estate is traded. Good market knowledge and an established network are required in order to professionally and successfully broker the properties entrusted to us. It is important to create suitable, successful sales concepts for clients and to market them.

The training courses recognized by the Swiss Real Estate Association consist of 2 modules:

• "Real estate marketing assistant"

and

• "Real estate valuation assistant"

Each module comprises around 60 lessons and is concluded with an examination. On completion of both modules, the "SVIT Marketing and Valuation Officer" certificate is issued.

A real estate marketing assistant has the following tasks:

• Preparation of sales documents
• Clarify questions in cooperation with the land registry or notary's office
• Handle marketing orders independently
• Read plans
• Describe buildings
• Real estate marketing
• Clarify legal issues (land, land register, ownership, purchase contracts)
