Qi Gong teacher: The Chinese movements that bring calm

Qi Gong is based on an ancient Chinese tradition. The movement and health teachings help anyone who does the exercises regularly to release tension and strengthen their will. Mobility also increases and the life energy source (Qi) is reactivated.

From pure standing meditation to martial arts-like techniques, Qi Gong includes a wide range of exercises. As a Qi Gong teacher, you will support and guide people through the exercises and show participants how life energy can flow again. As a result, students can soon enjoy more stable health, greater serenity and peace of mind. Classes are held in an atmospheric room that you design and set up yourself. You teach groups or individuals. Qi Gong can be used preventively, but is an integral part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). There is no federally recognized training. 3-year training to become a Qi Gong instructor

The training is recognized by the Swiss Society for Qigong and Taichi (SGQT).
The 3-year Qigong training takes place in a small group in which each participant can also be individually supervised.
The course offers sound training in the most basic styles of Qigong and also creates a good basis for understanding the connections with traditional Chinese medicine.
Both forms of movement and silent meditative forms are taught in the Daoist, Buddhist and Chinese medicine traditions.
