Qi Gong, the Chinese movement meditation: course, training, further education

Qi Gong is a traditional form of movement meditation, breathing and exercise that is over 4000 years old. It helps to achieve a stabilized state of health in the long term and strengthens the function of the liver and gallbladder in particular, which are especially active in spring. Those who practise this form of meditation for a longer period of time become more flexible, achieve inner balance and balance between body, mind and soul. Qi gong also helps you to relax and reduce stress. Learn this type of meditation in a course and learn how to pass on your new knowledge. Für all jene, die ihren Körper und ihre Seele in Einklang bringen möchten, die sich die Zeit nehmen möchten, sich ausschliesslich auf sich selbst zu konzentrieren und ihre Lebensenergie durch Bewegung zu fördern, für all jene eignet sich ein Kurs in Qi Gong bestens. Für Einsteigerkurse gelten meist keinerlei Voraussetzung, für alle aufbauenden Kurse muss in der Regel der vorangegangene Kurs besucht worden sein. Wer diese Form der Bewegungsmeditation vertieft kennen lernen und anderen unterrichten möchte, für den bietet sich zudem die Möglichkeit einer Ausbildung zum dipl. med. Qi Gong Practitioner.
Allgemeingültig ist dies nicht zu sagen, da jede Schule die Inhalte selbständig bestimmt. Oftmals gibt es verschiedene Module, die nacheinander einzeln besucht und abgeschlossen werden können. Für eine Diplomausbildung in Qi Gong müssen alle Module besucht werden. Ein Kurs kann wie folgt aussehen:
  • Modul 1: Definition und Wirkung, Organübungen, Meridianvorstellungsübungen, Meridianübungen
  • Modul 2: Die acht Brokate - Ba Duan Jin, Kleine Energie-Kreislauf, Qi Aufbauübungen, wichtige Energiepunkte
  • Modul 3: Peking Form
  • Modul 4: Medizinisches Qi Gong, Chakren und Akupunkturpunkte, regulieren des Zang Fu durch daoistische Übungen, Körperpanzerungen, Gewebeschichten
  • Modul 5: Supervision, Repetition Fragen, Fallbeispiele, Abschluss zum Qi Gong Practitioner
Es hängt von den jeweiligen Schulen ab, wie eine Ausbildung im Einzelnen aufgebaut ist. Meist besteht sie jedoch aus mehreren Modulen, die separat gebucht werden können und auf einander aufbauen. Wer sich für eine berufliche Tätigkeit als Qi Gong Lehrer oder Trainer interessiert, der kann nach den ersten Modulen für Einsteiger intensivere Einheiten besuchen, die unter anderem Medizinisches Qi Gong beinhalten. Nach Beendigung aller erforderlichen Module ist ein Abschluss-Modul vorgesehen, das Supervision, Fallbesprechungen, Repetitionen sowie Fragen zum Inhalt hat.

3-year training to become a Qi Gong instructor

The training is recognized by the Swiss Society for Qigong and Taichi (SGQT).
The 3-year Qigong training takes place in a small group in which each participant can also be individually supervised.
The course offers sound training in the most basic styles of Qigong and also creates a good basis for understanding the connections with traditional Chinese medicine.
Both forms of movement and silent meditative forms are taught in the Daoist, Buddhist and Chinese medicine traditions.
