Tell us about your background.

My name is Mirjam Fischer-Bodmer and I am the course leader and lecturer for the HR Assistant course at the Interlaken bzi training center. My professional background consists of administrative and accounting activities in various companies, assistant and marketing manager of a branch office. Today I am self-employed in the field of personnel management. Before that, I worked for more than 15 years as Head of Human Resources at a bank. All these positions have shaped me with a strong customer and service orientation. I have a quick grasp of things and an efficient, goal-oriented and precise way of working.
