Notary's assistant - the notary's right hand

Do you already have basic training in the commercial sector (e.g. as a businessman/woman) or did you work in a notary's office years ago, but your knowledge is no longer quite up to date? Would you like to leave the communal or cantonal administration sector and switch to the notarial sector as a notary's assistant - but do you still lack the in-depth know-how to do so?

Then you have the opportunity to acquire extensive and well-founded skills in the areas of notarial law, family law, inheritance law, tax law, personal law, company law, property law and land register law with the in-service certificate course as a notary's assistant or in a general introductory course to the notarial profession. The course is designed for both newcomers and those returning to the notarial profession. It enables participants to actively support and relieve notaries in all areas of day-to-day notarial practice. As a notary's assistant, you will be able to organize the various administrative notarial processes and take on the preparation of public deeds, the execution of register applications, the completion of forms and other various correspondence.

Die hier angebotene Weiterbildung zum Notariatsassistenten / zur Notariatsassistentin dauert bis zum ersten Abschluss Diplom Anwaltssekretär/in zwei Semester und weitere fünf Monate für das Notariatsassistenz-Zertifikat.

Notariatsassistent oder Notariatsassistentin können Sie beispielsweise über einen Berufslehre zum Kaufmann / zur Kauffrau EFZ Notariate Schweiz werden. Auch ist es möglich, mit einer anderen Vorbildung, etwa einem Handelsdiplom, einer Handelsmittelschule, einem anderen eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis, einer Maturität oder einer gleichwertigen Ausbildung und einem anschliessenden Weiterbildungslehrgang zuerst Anwaltssekretär/in und anschliessend Notariats-Assistent/in zu werden.

Eine weiterführende Berufstätigkeit ist bei der Lehrgang zum Notariatsassistenten / zur Notariatsassistentin sehr gut möglich. Der Kurs ist eine berufsbegleitende Weiterbildung und findet samstags statt, so dass Sie weiterhin unter der Woche vollumfänglich berufstätig bleiben können. Zu beachten ist allerdingt, dass zusätzlich zu den Präsenzterminen in der Schule auch Zeit für das Selbststudium anfällt, so dass in dieser Zeit weniger Zeit für Ihr Privatleben vorhandeln sein wird.

Die Ausbildung zur Notariatsassistentin / zum Notariatsassistenten bildet Sie umfassend, innerhalb von 120 Lektionen, im Notariatsrecht, der Rechtslehre, dem Steuerrecht sowie dem Sachen- und Grundbuchrecht aus. Sie lernen das Notariatswesen in der Schweiz kennen, die Aufgaben eines Notars, kantonale Regelungen, Beurkundungs-Verfahren, Rechnungswesen, Personenrecht, Ehegüter- und Familienrecht, Vormundschaftsrecht, Vertragslehre, Gesellschaftsrecht, Betreibungsarten, Verrechnungssteuer, Rechtsmittelverfahren, Eigentumsübertragung, Grundpfandrecht, bäuerliches Bodenrecht und vieles mehr.
