Art therapy training: practicing a form of therapy with artistic means

Art therapy is a form of therapy using artistic means and is always active. Through artistic activities, clients put themselves in the picture and can thus gain new experiences. This supports them in coping with crises, illnesses or major changes. This form of therapy thus makes an important contribution to health care by activating resources and self-healing powers. The therapy is usually prescribed by a doctor and is holistic.
