Tipps und Entscheidungshilfen für die Ausbildungswahl

The certificate course on debt collection is aimed at clerks in debt collection and dunning, accounts receivable accounting and the billing department. It trains participants so that they can handle debt collection cases independently, in compliance with the law and effectively.

The diploma course lasts one semester, is conducted on a part-time basis and is aimed at employees of accounting and invoicing departments or those who would like to gain a foothold as a debt collection clerk. The course covers all the important topics that ensure a correct and effective approach to debt collection:

Questions and answers

Je nach Studienort findet der Unterricht im Inkassowesen einmal wöchentlich dienstags, mittwochs oder donnerstags abends von 17.40 bis 21.05 Uhr statt. Alternativ kann auch samstags vormittags am Unterricht teilgenommen werden (nicht an jedem Kursort). Der Bildungsanbieter informiert Sie ausführlich über die genauen Kursdaten.

Der Studienabschluss der Weiterbildung im Inkassowesen läuft unter der Bezeichnung «Inkasso Spezialist / Spezialistin SAQ mit Personenzertifikat».

Die Ausbildung im Inkassowesen endet mit einer SAQ Personenzertifikatsprüfung der Swiss Association for Quality.

Die Kosten für die Weiterbildung im Inkassowesen belaufen sich auf CHF 3`840.- (Stand 2018). Hinzu kommen die Gebühren für die SAQ Personenzertifizierung respektive die Prüfung, die sich auf etwa CHF 320.- belaufen.

Die Weiterbildung im Inkassowesen dauert ein Semester mit 19 Kursabenden oder Halbtagen.
