Import clerk - professionals in all aspects of order processing and import

The tasks and challenges for those responsible for import transactions are very varied but also very demanding. The import clerk course is ideal for anyone who wants to take on responsibility in this area and is completely new to the subject, but also for those who want to expand and deepen their know-how. Comprehensive knowledge is imparted during the course, enabling graduates to tackle difficult situations expertly and solve them professionally. For organizations and companies whose goal is to increase internal know-how, create efficient work processes and thus save costs, it is very worthwhile to train their employees specifically in the area of import. This provides them with competent import clerks who are up to the complicated tasks involved in international purchasing.

The course is also an ideal basis if participants wish to take on tasks in the areas of global sourcing, purchasing and supply chain management at a later date or are planning to undertake corresponding further training. The import clerk course is also the ideal preparation for the professional examination as a foreign trade specialist (federal certificate) or the higher professional examination as a foreign trade manager (federal diploma).

The course lasts around one week and is designed to be very practical with numerous practical examples. In this way, participants are well prepared for future everyday situations relating to importing and learn how to tackle and solve problems quickly, efficiently and professionally.
