Real estate developers with a federal certificate work as generalists in the real estate industry. They are entrusted with properties, which they manage and upgrade over their entire life cycle. In an in-service training course lasting two to three semesters, you will acquire all the necessary skills to successfully lead a project team, develop marketable ideas for use and implement them. To this end, you will acquire comprehensive knowledge in the areas of construction law, planning law, environmental law, financial and management accounting, investment accounting, the Swiss Code of Obligations, the Swiss Civil Code and controlling.

This further training as a real estate developer enables you to position yourself in middle management in construction and general contractors, architectural firms, large real estate companies and real estate companies and to work with external specialists. After completing the real estate developer course, you will also have the opportunity to train as a certified real estate trustee or certified fiduciary expert, for example.
