The second course is more expensive, as it is a classroom-based course with video conferences, a forum, 1:1 mentoring, online events and the use of iPads. Please also note that you can claim 50% of the course price back from the federal government after the "Real Estate Manager" professional examination. This means that the self-guided course effectively costs students CHF 2,650 and the mentoring variant CHF 3,950.
