Anyone wishing to set up a professional practice as a foot reflexology masseur or foot reflexology therapist will also have to deal with many other issues. For example, training in the basics of conventional medicine is required for registration in the EMR. Or to set up your own practice and attract clients, you need to do some marketing and advertising. Collaboration with doctors, therapists and other specialists is also an important part of a successful practice and, last but not least, psychological skills and social competence are required in order to do justice to clients who come with complaints, pain and problems.
