The relationship coach training is aimed at people who want to specialize in supporting couples in difficult situations. The target group also includes people who want to coach, advise and support clients through conflict moderation or in change and development processes. During the course, participants learn about relationship dynamics - both for themselves and for their work with clients.
The training does not require any specific prior knowledge or previous relevant training or professional experience, but completed counseling or coaching training is certainly an advantage. An interest in topics related to psychology, people and a heart for successful relationships is a prerequisite.
The relationship coach training course lasts two days and is therefore more of a specialization or in-depth course and not a complete training course. The course alone is therefore not enough to be able to offer well-founded relationship coaching afterwards. The costs amount to CHF 700 to 900 per course.
One focus of the course is the different relationship experiences in stressful situations between men (tightness) and women (lack). In this context, the origin of this experience, the different types of communication, the different ways of dealing with stressful situations and permanent stress, the different basic needs and how to deal with them are also discussed in detail. Participants in the relationship coach training also learn professional conflict moderation. In addition, learning content on relationship dynamics and its solution-oriented approaches based on psychography, "understandable" communication and "relationship-relevant" tools are taught.
Would you like to accompany and support people in the future who are dealing with conflicting relationship issues and are stuck in order to find solutions together with them so that they can understand each other (again or finally)? Then training in relationship coaching is definitely the right choice.
Possible additional and related further training would be basic courses in coaching or counseling, further training as a child, youth and family coach or further training to take on child and adult protection mandates.
