Many young car enthusiasts dream of a career as a car salesman or saleswoman. When the job opportunity presents itself, uncertainty arises. How do I approach customers and interested parties? How do I communicate, especially in difficult situations or with very demanding customers? How do I make the most competent, trustworthy, friendly and courteous impression on potential customers? What is the legal situation of a customer advisor in the automotive industry?

All these questions come up and it is very important to get an answer to them as quickly as possible. This is made possible by the innovative and very informative "car salesman" training course on customer advice in an automotive company.

Questions and answers

Working in a fascinating world
People who work in the automotive industry operate in a fascinating world: powerful engines, tuned sports cars, fuel-efficient hybrid cars, state-of-the-art trucks. But that's not all. There is a car to suit every need. That's why the automotive industry is ahead in many areas of automotive technology.

We take care of 5.5 million vehicles
But building vehicles is only one thing. It is just as important to maintain and repair the 5.5 million vehicles in Switzerland. The 5200 garages are responsible for this. 4000 of them belong to the professional and industry association AGVS. They have 39,000 employees. Of these, 8500 are apprentices. Because the mobility of people and goods is increasing, garages will continue to need many good professionals in the future - people like you.
