Graduates of the SVEB Instructor - Delivery of Learning Events course (formerly SVEB-1 Course Leader) can lead courses for adults. They have the theoretical knowledge and practical experience to prepare, design and run courses. They use curricula, prescribed concepts and teaching materials in a targeted manner. Most holders of the SVEB certificate work part-time in adult education. They work in training and personnel departments or as course instructors at schools.
The SVEB module certificate 1 "Conducting learning events with adults" is a partial qualification for the federal certificate for trainers. By acquiring Module 1 "SVEB Instructor (formerly Course Leader)", you create the basis for gaining a foothold in adult education. In addition to specialist knowledge in methodology and didactics, the course also teaches you social skills. This knowledge as a trainer will also help you outside of the course (moderating discussions, conflict resolution, etc.).
