In this case, training as a master chef seems particularly suitable for you. Formerly called "Gastronomy chef (BP)" - now called "Head chef (BP)", this course trains professional and competent managers for the kitchen. Head chefs are responsible for trainees as well as for all kitchen staff. Thanks to their versatile knowledge, they also produce exciting culinary products and dishes.

During the training, the prospective chefs are taught in the areas of cooking, professional knowledge, planning, marketing, finance, employee management, society, business and law. The training lasts approximately one year and is completed on a part-time basis. Lessons take place one day a week. The course concludes with a professional examination, which will then award you a federal certificate.
