Kinesio Tape: Would you like to learn the revolutionary method of taping with targeted training?

Kinesio tape is a supportive method for the treatment of various pain problems, particularly in the tendon, muscle and skeletal areas. During treatment, elastic self-adhesive tapes approx. 5 cm wide are applied directly to the skin. These tapes transmit positive sensory information to our body and activate endogenous healing and control processes.

The joints are relieved without any major restriction of movement. The following two factors are essentially decisive for the success of Kinesio Taping:

The skin-receptor-stimulating function and the wave-like tissue elevation improve blood and lymph circulation, which activates the healing mechanisms.

The therapy is used by doctors and alternative practitioners as well as in massage and physiotherapy practices and other medical staff. However, it can also be of great benefit privately.

Je nach Kurs in Kinesio Tape variieren die Kosten für eine solche Ausbildung. So können Sie bei einem eintägigen Kurs, der Ihnen die Praktiken, Wirkungsweisen und Indikatoren näher bringt, mit Kurskosten inklusive Kursmaterialen wie Tapes und Buch von etwa 250.- CHF oder etwas mehr rechnen. Das Kinesio Tape besteht aus elastischem Baumwollstoff mit einem speziellen Acrylkleber, der äusserst atmungsaktiv, wasserresistent und langlebig ist, so dass es auch über mehrere Tage oder Wochen an der gewünschten Stelle bleiben kann. Das Taping wirkt wie eine Micro-Massage auf die Muskulatur und das Lymphsystem und regt den Energiekreislauf an. Durch Verbesserung der arteriellen Versorgung und venösen Entsorgung kann eine hohe Schmerzlinderung erzeugt und eine Bewegungseinschränkung behoben werden. Durch das Taping kommt es zu einer Entlastung der Bänder, Sehnen und er Muskulatur sowie einer Entlastung und Bewegungsförderung der Gelenke.

Das Kinesio Tape wird zu Unterstützung der Muskulatur und Entlastung der Gelenke, Sehnen und Bänder eingesetzt und wird sowohl bei Rückenschmerzen, Gelenkschmerzen, Spannungskopfschmerzen und neuropathischen Schmerzen, als auch bei muskulären und visceralen Schmerzsyndromen eingesetzt. Es wird auf den Nacken, den Rücken, die Knie, die Schultern oder andere Stellen des Körpers aufgeklebt und entfaltet dort seine Wirkung.

Die Anwendung des Kinesio Tape kann innerhalb kürzester Zeit erlernt werden, so dass bereits Kurse ab der Dauer von einem Tag angeboten werden.
