Headhunter training - becoming a professional recruiter

Headhunters - so-called recruiters or recruitment agencies - have become an integral part of the current job market. Their primary task is to find suitable personnel for companies and organizations with open positions.

After each successful placement, the recruitment agencies are paid an appropriate commission by the companies. This saves companies the time-consuming and sometimes lengthy advertising and application process and therefore time and money. Recruitment agencies are always aware that time is money for companies and only suggest candidates for an interview who are 100% suitable for the job profile.

The main tasks of a recruiter include the acquisition of vacancies, the creation of a coordinated staffing profile and the comparison with existing applications from jobseekers. They also carry out profiling if necessary.

The headhunter's goal is always the same: the successful conclusion of a contract that creates an employment relationship - a win-win situation - a win-win situation for everyone involved.

Unlike employment agencies, recruitment agencies do not work on behalf of jobseekers, but are sought out and commissioned by the employers themselves. It is therefore logical that they are also remunerated for their services by the same employers.

Für die komplette Headhunter Ausbildung mit Beginn 2018 müssen Teilnehmende mit Kosten von CHF 2`990.- rechnen. Für Ausbildungen, die 2019 oder später starten, können die Preise abweichen.

Bei der hier vorgestellten Headhunter Ausbildung handelt es sich nicht um eine eidgenössisch anerkannte Ausbildung, sondern um einen Lehrgang mit schulinternem Zertifikatsabschluss.

Die Headhunter Ausbildung umfasst Themen wie Rekrutierungstechnik, Inserate, Beratung, Matching, Kommunikation und Verkauf, Interviewtechniken, Bewerbungsgespräche, Kundenakquisition, Marktbearbeitung, Tarifstrukturen, Verkauf und Abschluss, Wochenplanung sowie Organisation. Nach Abschluss der Headhunter Ausbildung besitzen Teilnehmende die Kompetenzen zur Führung von Bewerbungsgesprächen, zur Platzierung des Matchings, zur Erstellung eines Zyklusplans für Dauer- und Temporärstellen sowie zur Einsetzung von Abschlusstechniken zur Verkaufsförderung und branchenspezifische Bereiche.

Personen, die sich für die Headhunter Ausbildung interessieren und gerne als Personalvermittler/innen / Personalberater/innen tätig werden wollen, sollten Deutsch auf Muttersprache-Niveau beherrschen, mindestens 20 Jahre alt sein und über zwei oder mehr Jahre allgemeine Berufserfahrung verfügen. Zudem wird von den Teilnehmenden erwartet, dass sie über einen hohe Eigenmotivation, Zielstrebigkeit, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Menschenkenntnis verfügen.
