Psychotherapist training - Doctors of Psychology

Are you a qualified psychologist with a university degree or have you studied medicine or another humanistic subject? Would you like to continue your education? Then further training as a psychotherapist would be an interesting option for you. The training consists of theory, but also a lot of practice and is therefore very varied and a challenge for every graduate. Training to become a psychotherapist takes at least 5 years and is very demanding. Therefore, you should be very willing to engage in your own learning process.

The Training Center for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (AZPP) offers physicians and psychologists
- high-quality, practice-oriented further training in psychoanalytical psychotherapy, duly accredited by the BAG and SGPP/FHM
1) Obtaining the title of federally recognized psychotherapist over five years for psychologists.
2) Specialist training over three years for doctors.
