The objectives of the SVF Leadership Examination training are:

• develop into a competent contact person for all management topics
• have the basic skills required for a management position
• receive targeted and optimal preparation for the module completions of the SVF leadership certificate examination

With the SVF Certificate in Leadership, you can already take on a management role. It makes sense to complete the SVF Certificate in Management afterwards, where you will learn more about general management, personnel management and change management. With both certificates and six years of professional experience as well as one year of management experience, you can take the professional examination to become a management specialist with a federal certificate.

The examination is divided into a written block and an oral block, which take place twice a year in March and September. The written examinations take two days and the oral examinations take place over a period of around 14 days.
