The content of the Job Coach Work Integration course is divided into three modules:

Module 1:

Module 2:

You will be able to accompany and support your clients on their way into the world of work in a needs-oriented, professional and sensitive manner. You will also know how to build and maintain your own network as a job coach. In discussions with employers and other relevant stakeholders, such as authorities, social insurance companies and other institutions, you will be able to mediate between the parties involved and successfully represent the interests of your clients.
