Their courses and qualifications are correspondingly well established in Switzerland.
The professional examination for job coaches in work integration with a federal certificate is a federally recognized examination and is part of higher vocational education and training. The professional examination offers a first opportunity for specialization after basic vocational training (Federal Certificate of Competence, EFZ). It is practice-oriented and is therefore highly valued by employers.
