Questions and answers

Bis zur Prüfung zur eidg. dipl. Finanzmarktoperateurin bzw. zum eidg. dipl. Finanzmarktoperateur sind folgende Kriterien zu erfüllen:
  • KV-Abschluss oder Maturität
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Support

oder

  • Universitätsabschluss (Lizenziat oder gleichwertiger Abschluss)
  • Mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Support
Der Lehrgang zur Finanzmarktoperateur / zur Finanzmarktoperateurin dauert zwei Semester und findet zweimal pro Woche in Form von Präsenzunterricht statt. Nach dem ersten Semester wird eine Zwischenprüfung abgelegt, nach dem zweiten Semester findet die Abschlussprüfung statt. Wer über unzureichende Fähigkeiten in Mathematik oder Buchhaltung verfügt, kann diese in speziell für diese Ausbildung entwickelten Vorkursen erwerben.
Der Weiterbildungslehrgang zum/zur Finanzmarktoperateur/in FMO vermittelt Ihnen die Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen, die es bedarf, um eine Schlüsselposition im Bereich des Support anzutreten. Dazu unterrichtet man Sie in folgenden Themenschwerpunkten:
