Als Zulassungsbedingungen für den CAS Senior Financial Consultant gelten entweder ein Hochschulabschluss (Bachelor, Master, etc.) oder ein anderer eidgenössisch anerkannter Abschluss auf Tertiärstufe, sowie mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich in der Kundenberatung.

Angesprochen für den CAS Senior Financial Consultant sind Finanzberater und Finanzberaterinnen, die für die Beratung und Begleitung von Privatkunden 50plus verantwortlich sind und einige Jahre Berufserfahrung sowie einen höheren Bildungsabschluss verfügen.

Ein CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies) ist ein Weiterbildungsabschluss an einer Hochschule.

  • Dauer: In der Regel 1 Semester berufsbegleitend
  • Titel: "Certificate of Advanced Studies in (Thema)"
  • Anerkennung: Internationale Vergleichbarkeit via ECTS-Punkte
  • ECTS-Punkte (European Credit Transfer System = Internationale Leistungspunkte)

Kunden 50plus, Vorsorge- und Nachlassplanung (inklusive Case Study), Pensionsplanung (inklusive Case Study), Internationale Aspekte, Portfoliomanagement und Kapitalanlagen, Finanzberatung Entrepreneurs (inklusive Case Study zur Nachfolge-Planung) sind die Themenschwerpunkte der Weiterbildung CAS Senior Financial Consultant. Dabei werden den Teilnehmenden sowohl Fachwissen, als auch Sozial- und Methodenkompetenzen vermittelt. Die Themen werden mithilfe von Fallstudien und Präsentationen umgesetzt.

Über die Dauer eines Semesters erstreckt sich der Weiterbildungslehrgang CAS Senior Financial Consultant und findet berufsbegleitend an 14 Unterrichtstagen statt.

Ziel des CAS Senior Financial Consultant ist es, umfassende Fachkompetenzen, sowie Sozial- und Methodenkompetenzen zu erwerben, die es ermöglichen, erfolgreich Beratungsgespräche zu führen und abzuschliessen. Die Entwicklung individueller Lösungswege aufgrund verschiedenster Kundensituationen, sowie die Diskussion, Beurteilung und Umsetzung der Konsequenzen der einzelnen Handlungsoptionen werden während des Kurses optimiert und verfeinert.
