Ayurveda massages - find your inner balance

Do you already have training in the field of massage, e.g. classical massage or medical massage? Then further training in Ayurvedic massage can be an ideal addition to your practice.

 

Ayurveda is a 6,000-year-old philosophy that strives to achieve a balance between the vital energies, the so-called doshas, so that the body can become and remain healthy. The three energies are called wind, air and earth. Mind and spirit are also included in the treatment. The aim of treatment with Ayurvedic massages is to create a comprehensive balance between the individual bio-energies. Ayurvedic massages are not only practiced with the hands, but also with the feet. By walking on the patient's back, a pressure is developed that cannot be achieved with the hands. Individual yoga stretching exercises complement the massage therapy.

Sollten Sie sich für ein Seminar im Bereich der Ayurveda-Massagen entscheiden, welches Sie in ein spezielles Themengebiet einführt und Ihnen Kenntnisse einer ganz speziellen Methode, etwa der Ayurveda Marma-Nadi Massage vermittelt, werden Sie in der Regel keinerlei Prüfung oder Test ablegen müssen, um eine Kursbescheinigung zu erhalten, die Ihnen die Teilnahme am Kurs bescheinigt. Bei umfangreichere Lehrgängen jedoch, die Ihnen Kompetenzen in verschiedensten ayurvedischen Massagen vermitteln und zusammen mit einer Ausbildung in Schulmedizin  für eine Krankenkassenanerkennung ausreichen sollen, müssen Sie meist eine Prüfung absolvieren, die schriftlich und praktisch durchgeführt wird. Genaueres dazu erfragen Sie bitte direkt für die entsprechende Ausbildung an den jeweiligen Schulen.
Es gibt nicht nur eine Ausbildung im Bereich der Ayurveda, sondern eine ganze Reihe unterschiedlicher Lehrgänge und Kurse, die Sie besuchen können, um einen ersten Einblick in diese Lebensphilosophie zu erhalten oder sich vertiefend mit den einzelnen Methoden zu befassen. So werden auch im Bereich der Ayurveda Massagen, die ausschließlich einen Teilbereich der Ayurveda-Therapie umfasst, verschiedene Seminare angeboten, die sich entweder auf das Erlernen einer ganz bestimmten Massage oder Ölbehandlung konzentriert, oder Sie umfangreich in allen ayurvedischen Massage-Behandlungen ausbildet, welche unter anderem die folgenden Bereiche umfassen:

Da es viele unterschiedliche Ayurveda Massagen Ausbildungen gibt, kann diese Frage nicht verallgemeinernd beantwortet werden. Meist reicht es aus, wenn Sie über erste Massage-Kenntnisse verfügen, doch auch dies ist nicht bei allen Seminaren Pflicht. Bitte klären Sie dies im Einzelfall jedoch immer mit den entsprechenden Seminaranbietern ab.

Grundsätzlich können Sie jede einzelne Massage-Methode separat erlernen, etwa die Ayurveda-Fussmassage oder Gesichtsmassage, was oftmals innerhalb eines zweitägigen Seminars stattfindet. Möchten Sie sich umfangreicher im Bereich der Ayurveda Massagen schulen lassen, so haben Sie die Möglichkeit, sich beispielsweise zum Ayurveda-Massage-Praktiker ausbilden zu lassen, und die unterschiedlichsten Massagearten intensiv kennen und anwenden zu lernen. Über die genaue Dauer der unterschiedlichen Bildungsangebote informieren die Schulen direkt.
