How are the courses in acupuncture and TCM structured? How long do they last and how much do they cost?

Structure and duration

  • The complete naturopathic training TCM Acupuncture/Tuina consists of 6 modules (note: not all schools offer all training modules):
    • M1: Medical basics (conventional medicine)
    • M2: TCM with a focus on acupuncture and Tuina
    • M3: Health and ethics
    • M4: Working as a therapist
    • M5: Leading and managing operations
    • M6: practical training (internship)
  • The courses are designed to run alongside work and take place, for example, on a weekday, three evenings a week or on a Friday afternoon/Saturday every two weeks.
  • The duration of training is 4-5 years, depending on the intensity of the course.
