The Leadership training course with SVF certificate is aimed at people who wish to take on a management role. It does not matter whether the person is already in a management position or would like to take on one. There are no specific prerequisites for attending the course.

The SVF Leadership Certificate is a federally certified further training course for managers, which enables you to enter the world of leadership and take on a supervisory role as a team leader or department head. SVF is an abbreviation for the Swiss Association for Leadership Training. The SVF Leadership certificate is the most important basic certificate for leadership training in Switzerland.

With the SVF Certificate in Leadership, you can already take on a management role. It makes sense to complete the SVF Certificate in Management afterwards, where you will learn more about general management, personnel management and change management. With both certificates and six years of professional experience as well as one year of management experience, you can take the professional examination to become a management specialist with a federal certificate.

The examination is divided into a written block and an oral block, which take place twice a year in March and September. The written examinations take two days and the oral examinations take place over a period of around 14 days. Seven modules are tested: Oral Communication, Written Communication, Conflict Management, Presentation, Self-Knowledge, Self-Management and Leading a Team/Group.

The SVF Leadership Certificate is the basic course and a prerequisite for all further training levels in the area of leadership. The SVF Leadership Certificate certifies proven leadership skills.
